At NAGHEDI, we offer a 14-day return window for all unused items in their original packaging to ensure your complete satisfaction. Please note that items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original dust bag and shipping box, ensuring all original tags are still attached.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy until your refund is processed via your original payment method.
